Freelance Search Engine Optimization Services The more visitors your website gets, the higher the chance will be of sales and/or enquiries - and you will get more visitors by optimizing your website. Performing Search Engine Optimization on your site will ensure that it is listed higher in search results for keywords chosen by you. It makes sense that your website will perform a lot better if searchers are able to find it with greater ease. If you are unsure or have some questions to ask before you take the first step, contact me and we can discuss your requirements. Below is an outline of the costs involved.
The Outline of My Search Engine Optimization Process If you would like to have your website optimized, please choose one of the above packages: Basic or Standard. If you are unsure, don't worry, you can proceed without choosing a package and the costs will be calculated based upon your individual requirements. The next thing you need to do is fill out a Search Engine Optimization Proposal (link coming soon). A search engine optimization proposal provides me with all the information I need to know about your website including your target market and the keywords you'd like to rank better for. You are in no way obligated to pay anything at this point. After I have received the proposal I will reply to you via email with a quote. It is at this point you will need to make the decision to continue with the optimization or not. Please note, quotes are only valid for 14 days. If you are happy with the quote, you will be supplied with a basic contract to sign and be required to make a 40% deposit of the overall project cost. With the contract signed and deposit made, I can now begin a keyword analysis on your chosen keywords. Once this is complete, you will be sent via email a Word Document containing the results. The results of a keyword analysis include how popular the keywords you have chosen are, and how often they are searched for, aswell as an outline of any similar keywords that I think you may benefit more from and their popularity to compare to your original keywords. From here, you will need to make a decision as to your final keywords based on the keyword analysis results. Once decided upon, you will need to provide me with your website FTP details so I can copy your source files. I will then proceed to make changes to TITLE and META tags, optimize your page content and create a footer menu and sitemap. When I am finished I will upload this version of your website and you will be sent the URL of a live demo. Please note: It is up to you to make a backup of your original source files. I cannot be held accountable for lost data. Once the optimized version of your website has been uploaded, I will finish the optimization process by submitting your website to the number of PR1 to PR4 directories outlined in your chosen package. Alternatively you may choose to have your website submitted to more than the number outlined, you need only mention this. When all directory submissions have been made the outstanding 60% of the overall project cost is payable. Make Your Deposit Now To Speed Up The Process If you are sure of what you require and it fits into one of the above packages: Basic or Standard - you are more than welcome to make your deposit now in order to speed things along. Making a deposit will move you closer to the front of the waiting list and is the best option for those who would like to see results as soon as possible.
